Editorial

Nigerbiblios is a long-standing profession journal with a large and wide subscription base. It brings currency, authority and accessibility to the reporting of current research, issue and debates in the board area of Library and Information Science.

It is my pleasure to present to our teeming subscribers of this current edition, Vol.30,Nos 1& 7 (January-December 2021)which is the 13th edition since the resuscitation of the journal in 2004.

A cream of professional librarians undertook the edition and selection of very stimulating and unique article submitted by experienced practicing Librarians as well as seasoned educationalist in library schools in Nigeria.

The articles in this edition address various aspect of library and information practice in today's library management in Nigeria by Vol,30,No.1 (Jan-June,2021)

I wish to urge fellow librarians and information profession both within and outside Nigeria to promote the consistent production of this journal by carrying out empirical research on burning issues in global information practice and the way forward for practitioners in Nigeria, and to submit their findings, report, book reviews to the editor-in-Chief for publication. I assure you that your effort in this regard will go a long way in sustaining the tempo of research activity among library and information practitioners as well as impact positively on library development in the country.
