About the Journal

Nigerbiblios is a peer-reviewed journal published by the National Library of Nigeria. The journal accept high quality and original research articles in Library and Information Science, Knowledge Management, Archive and Records Management and other related areas.

Nigerbiblios came into existence in 1976 to serve as the house journal of the National Library of Nigeria published quarterly in January, April, July and October. Its full title in its inception is Nigerbiblios: House journal of the National Library of Nigeria. As all house journals do, it directed all its focus towards documenting and disseminating information on the activities of the institution. This it did by publishing papers emanating from our monthly staff seminars, conference proceedings organized by the institution, staff news and other topical news of professional interest.

Nigerbiblios publishes papers which reflects all aspect of librarianship focusing on results of research, reports of important developments in working practice.
